The daily workout should take around 30 minutes in the beginning and to build to around 60 minutes by the end of 8 weeks.
For the first 3 weeks of the program, we will be repeating the same movements in our core and strength work.
From week to week, we will add more time or more repetitions to each movement. Our goal is to build you a foundation in these movements before adding more variation.
If you ever feel like this program isn’t challenging you or is getting too repetitive you can switch to our other at-home program for more challenging and varied workouts.

If I have Tonal or a home gym, which workouts should I follow?
You can use whichever option works best for you. If your home setup allows you to do most of the gym-style movements, you can follow that path and swap in at-home alternatives when needed. The goal is to stay consistent and choose the option that best supports your body.
