If I have a Tonal at home gym, do I choose the gym workout program or the at home?
Sounds like you have the best of both worlds! We recommend using both the gym program AND the at home program. It's easy to flip back and forth.
Follow the gym program as much as you can with the tonal so you can take advantage of the cables. When you come across a move inside of the gym program you cannot do on the Tonal (example: Lying hamstring curls), then find a hamstring movement from the at home program, such as the Lying Hamstring Sliders!
Should I join the challenge if I already have the Transform App?
Absolutely! The 60-Day Challenge and the Transform App are two different, yet complimentary tools. While the app features some of our incredible programs from over the last 4 years, it is created to act as an automated tool to help people through transformation over a long period of time. The 60-Day Challenge, on the other hand, includes my newest programming, features new moves, and was designed with layers of accountability and coaching that is beyond any app. When you opt into this challenge, you are opting into the BEST 60 days of total fitness, weekly LIVES with me, the option for one-on-one nutrition coaching, and tens of THOUSANDS of dollars in prizes for the community!
Is this challenge only a workout program, or is there a nutrition component?
This challenge is mostly workouts, but it includes nutrition tips and brief guides. We understand that nutrition is more complex and requires personalized customization, so we've provided personalized nutrition coaching for an additional fee.
Is this challenge for beginners, or are there modifications?
This challenge does not include modifications, but the challenge is suitable for anyone, whether your current fitness level is beginner or advanced.
