Inside The Get Fit Community, you can expect:

Heidi Lane Powell is a New York Times bestselling author, entrepreneur, mom of four, podcast host, IFBB Pro, and one of the most recognized transformation experts in the world.

She rose to national prominence as the co-host and lead transformation expert on ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss, where she spent five seasons helping individuals lose up to half their body weight over the course of a year through fitness, nutrition, behavior change, and relentless accountability.

Her work has since expanded far beyond television. Heidi co-created the Transform fitness app, which helped nearly 100,000 users worldwide, co-founded a multimillion-dollar nutrition and supplement company, and now continues to coach and guide thousands of women through movement, strength, and consistency inside her Show Up app and online fitness challenges.

Heidi is also the host of the Heidi’s Lane Podcast, where she leads honest conversations around women’s health, healing, mindset, hormones, motherhood, and rebuilding through life’s hardest transitions.

But what truly shaped Heidi’s approach to transformation was her own 15-year battle with an eating disorder, the recovery journey that followed, and the evolving relationship she has had to build with her body through every season of life.

Living through both the extremes of competitive bodybuilding—where she earned her IFBB Pro card—and the deep healing required to rebuild trust with food, exercise, and herself taught her something she would later see echoed again and again while helping morbidly obese individuals reclaim their lives on national television:

Hi! I'm Heidi

real transformation has very little to do with what we eat and how we move, and everything to do with how we learn to love ourselves, prioritize ourselves, and care for ourselves.

That philosophy became the foundation of her life’s work.

And when her own body began changing in her 40s—with the exhaustion, unpredictable body changes, poor sleep, mood shifts, anxiety, and the feeling of doing everything “right” but no longer recognizing herself—it only deepened that understanding.

Because this season of life requires more than discipline.

It requires wisdom, self-compassion, nervous system support, muscle preservation, hormone awareness, and learning how to work with the body instead of against it.

That combination of elite transformation expertise, recovery-based wisdom, and lived experience navigating the hormonal realities of midlife is what makes Heidi uniquely equipped to guide women through lasting change.

She doesn’t just teach transformation.

She teaches women how to work with their bodies, understand their hormones, and come home to themselves. Heidi’s mission is to provide women the roadmap for every phase of life, empowering them to become the CEO of their own health with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

My hope is that this becomes a place you can pop into anytime you need a little encouragement, inspiration, or simply a reminder that you're not doing this alone. 🫶🏻

This community has brought together so many incredible women who simply want to feel better, get stronger, learn more, and prioritize their health.
